why are the roku remotes of such **bleep** quality....i have had several that the buttons don't work...the remote doesn't work.....have spent hundreds of dollars....there doesn't seem to be any address of quality by roku, and no customer service.....apparently, they don't care.....they just care about greedily making billions and screwing consumers
