I just got a Roku TV an hour ago and as soon as I picked up the controller I started setting everything up I realize that the left button on the purple plus when being clicked also clicked the bottom arrow. So every time I click to the left it goes down. It seems like there’s no resistance on the bottom Arrow. I’m disappointed because I couldn’t even use the TV before something broke.
Roku doesn't make the TVs (or the remotes for the TVs). You'll have to contact the manufacturer - TCL, Sharp, onn, etc.
@AndrewLe- Expanding on @renojim's reply:
A number of TV manufacturers have licensed Roku technology for inclusion is some set models and market them as "Roku TVs". Roku doesn't manufacture "Roku TV" sets or their remotes, it only supplies the Roku operating system. This sounds like a hardware issue with the remote that needs to be referred to the manufacturer of the set.
