Enhanced voice just started to have a woman's voice read EVERY option I go to on the screen.  It extremely irritating and the only way to stop it temperarily is to mute it till I think she's shut up.  How do I get rid of her?  PLEASE

Press * on the remote four times.  Turn off the shortcut permanently in the Accessibility settings.
