My power and volume buttons aren’t working, I’ve tried unplugging it, updating the system, changing the remotes, I’ve changed the IR setup and CEC setup and it’s still not working and I’m not sure what to do. It used to work but it just stopped.
I would suggest contacting Vizio customer support directly.
Go to setup. When you get to "DO YOU HEAR MUSIC" press yes but hold it down until it goes to the next page. Your done. Don't press button and let go.
