I bought a voice remote pro that indicated it was compatible with my device, Roku Premier+. I cannot program personal shortcuts. The only other answers in this forum indicate that they don't work outside of the US. I am in Canada, I bought this off of Amazon.ca. The main reason I bought it was for the voice command and personal shortcuts. It makes no sense to me. I understand that it used to work for us, but an update removed functionality? Are there workarounds?
