POS Voice remote works maybe 1 out of 100 button clicks.

I paid $30 for a new remote last year, they only sell voice remotes which I didn't want but you have no choice. The POS only works maybe one time after clicking a button 100 times. Forget voice commands, that works zero times. So I complained and they sent a replacement which was equally POS garbage. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. there is no one to call, no one to email. I'm about to trash my roku stick and get an xfinity streaming box.

The issue is that you sell a garbage product that was replaced with another garbage product. Then I spent 30 minutes on the website and couldn't find any way to contact support. I stopped trying with the pos remote last year during lockdown but now my phone is broken so I can't watch tv at all now. There is no way I'm paying another $30 for a piece of garbage non-working remote.

could the problem be that my roku stick was purchased in 2017? Do your new remotes not work with old sticks? If so, shame on you. If I have to buy a new roku stick so I can have a remote, then I am definitely dumping roku in the trash.

Try buyingva second hand remote (or streaming stick with remote) on eBay to replace broken one.

Can be cheaper, more certain to be effective.
