Original Roku remote control

I just want to buy a simple Roku remote for my Roku TV. The on and off button does not work. It's not a battery issue. I don't want to buy the voice remote because it has terrible reviews from your customers.

Why do you not offer a replacement for the original remote that is not voice controlled?

On Roku TV's Roku only supplies the UI, you have to go to tv manufacturer for oem remotes. I would go to eBay, there are thousands of Roku tv IR remotes. Look for your brand, if the Roku remote has a crescent moon key for sleep timer it's an IR remote.
