Ordered new roku express from Amazon I doesn't have remote control included would like an free remote if possible

You need to report/return it to Amazon (they are usually very good with crediting/shipping a replacement quickly).

So it was sold by a third party on amazon, take it up with amazon and the seller? Roku is only responsible for devices actually sold by them. This wasn't.
