My wireless receiver broke and I need to order a replacement. Since I live in Canada I cannot order it. How do I get the replacement part?
What are you referring to as a "wireless receiver"? Is it a part of the Roku Speakers? Other than those, I don't know what it might be for.
Advanced wireless receiver. Goes from plug to the USB that plugs into the TV.
OK, are you speaking about the Roku Streaming Stick+, and the special power cable that also serves as the WiFi antenna? Roku does offer a replacement, but I see on their web site that they are currently out of stock. Perhaps @RokuDanny-R can find out when they will be in stock again.
By the way, using the USB port on the TV is usually not a good way to power a Roku. Those ports often don't supply enough current.
It's the device pictured in this post
When I click on the link it says that the page is not found. When I looked further into it, won't let me order outside of the States. Since I'm in Canada, I don't know how to get one.
Yes, that link as posted is to the US based web site. You need to use the Canadian site. I don't know precisely what the URL would be, but going to Roku.com should direct you to the Canadian site. Then look for the Accessories page as I described above.
There is no ability to directly order accessories in Canada (or the UK for that matter) from Roku.com
(There is no page/link at the Canadian Roku.com site, and the UK Roku.com site redirects you to a non-extant ebay reseller)
Its a huge limitation for buying/using Rokus outside the US.
@StreamerUser Thanks, I wasn't aware that it was only the US web site offered accessories.
