I have the same problem!! I'm watching one station, then search the menu, often scrolling through hundreds of channels, then hit the OK button, and NOTHING! I even try to move up or down from the channel I'm on, just manually, and still NOTHING! I have to turn off my TV, then back on, sometimes twice, and it will work again... until it decides again, to stop responding.
The same goes for the Voice feature, it will work for a while, then stop working. Or it will say it can't hear me, & suggest I may need to re-connect it, which is a royal pain, but then after several more attempts, or 10, it will then "hear me" finally, and change the channel. That is unless it doesn't! For it will sometimes say it's taking me to such & such a channel, but then it doesn't go anywhere! This is the sorriest remote I've ever had to use, as it goes dysfunctional at least once a day!
