I'm recently purchased a Roku Ultra and a separate streaming stick and now I understand the frustration of other users asking for a numeric pad on the Roku remotes.  I went to Roku because it supports the Spectrum TV streaming application, but since the Roku remote doesn't have a numeric keypad there's not much reason to get rid of my cable box.  I'd like to go directly to Spectrum TV channels instead of scrolling.  I use the fast rewind and fast forward for quicker scrolling but I have hundreds of Spectrum channels so this is a major downside to using Roku.

UEI made aftermarket universal remotes would give you access to numerical pad with use of advanced code or efc's. Which are 5-digit codes for individual functions. But sadly, it only works on Roku CH live channels or an antenna on Roku tv's. It would not work with Spectrum or Pluto apps. In the case of Roku tv's all you need is tv code 14398 or 4398 and the number pad is preset. With Ultra you would need to map each digit via 5-digit code, but only once per digit. The efc's are:

0- 00101
1- 00230
2- 00232
3- 00228
4- 00235
5- 00231
6- 00233
7- 00100 
8- 00106 
9- 00102 

Ch UP- 00183
Ch Down- 00185

To map them to key on UEI made remote with setup code 03061 or 3061:

1. stream device

2. press and hold SETUP for two blinks, release

3. enter 9 9 4

4. tap SETUP for one blink

5. enter 5-digit code

6. pick a key

continue for each numeral but using a different 5-digit code in step five and picking a different key in step six.
