Bought a new roku remote but it won’t connect can’t use my phone anymore cause I moved and internet stuff changed please help on how I can connect this remote what do I do ?

You didnt mention your Roku model name/# or remote model name/#.

All this information matters - if you have a stick model, only WiFi Direct (Point Anywhere) remotes will work with them.

If its a non-stick model, any IR-capable universal, Roku pre-programmed, or official Roku remote should work.

So, provide the model & remote names/#s and we can go from there.
