I am setting up my new TCL series 6 with roku remote. Everything seems to be fine except the roku remote voice button says “Sorry not able to receive audio from your remote. If this problem continues try pairing the remote again.”
I have taken the new batteries out, replaced with new batteries, held down the pairing button, turned tv off and on. Still I get the same message.
