My remote is years old and the right arrow stopped working a few months ago. I tried all suggested solutions. I downloaded the app on the phone and that worked great for a while. Now that right arrow is starting to be inconsistent. Very frustrating.

That did absolutely NOTHING!
Nothing works. There is no pairing button. Batteries are brand new.

**I currently own the Roku Express 4K + (it's basically a Usb stick). It has voice control.
** The right arrow is not responding.
** All of the other arrows work well.
I tried all of the tips.
a) New batteries.
b)Waited 30 seconds before installing them.
c)There is no pairing button.
d) I even disconnected the express from the tv and reconnected it.

I see that your Roku remote does not have a pairing button.
If your voice remote does not have a pairing button, press and hold the Back and Home for 20 seconds to reset it.
This troubleshooting step will enable your Roku remote to be paired again with the device. You can refer to the instructions above to initiate pairing.

I paired it. The right button still does NOT work. All of the other buttons work. I have a Roku Express 4K+. Why don't you just send me a new one? It would save a lot of your time.
If this isn't resolved soon, I'll just buy an Apple TV and get rid of the Roku.
