New Roku Remote Pro Rechargeable keeps setting off the remote finder all hpurs of day and night

We have only had this remote a few days. All of a sudden it started sounding the alarm noise for remote finder. Waking us up. All night and day. Can't take put the batteries. Thought maybe it needed a charge. We charged it and it keeps going off about every 30 to 45 minutes. We have turned off the verbal remote finder words. Please help.

If it’s new then return it. Where did you purchase it from? If I had something only a few days and I was acting up I would definitely return it. I own two voice remote pros that I use with my TCL Roku TV and both work great. So there’s probably something defective with yours and you can simply return it
