Just opened and setup my new Roku Premiere. While trying to scroll through the screensaver my remote stopped working. The device will blink like it's picking it up and it will make a sound like it knows I'm pushing buttons but won't move. I just downloaded the app to use it for the remote and it works fine. So I can at least use it but I'd rather use the remote. Let me know what I can do.

The premiere comes with an IR remote, do you have line of sight to the front of the Roku? It can't be buried behind the tv.

Right, it's in front and I'm only like 10 feet away.
