Serial number is meaningless to us non-Roku employees. What is the model number? If you can't find that, at least some basics. Is it a Stick? If so, is it the purple Stick? If it's the purple one, no replacement remote is available. If it's some other Stick (3600 or later), then any Roku player remote other than the basic IR remote will work. If it's a Roku player (not a Stick), then the basic IR remote works with all of them, and the WiFi Direct remotes work on many (but not all).
