My remote control only works some times, what can I do

My remote does not work properly, I checked the batteries and the batteries are fine they still have power, my television even tells me that they have three force of their juice left. It’s getting to the point where it happens every day. I’ll pick up the remote and it’ll work 10 minutes later it doesn’t work anymore. I take the batteries out I put them back in still nothing. Then I’ll use it 20 minutes later and it’s working again so I don’t know what’s wrong with this controller. What should I do

I have a similar issue but it's not daily.

Sometimes just pulling the batteries is enough, other times I need to reset the Roku, and sometimes I have to replace the batteries even though it shows only half used.

Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? What Roku model device are you using or are you using a Roku TV?

Roku Ultra (2020)
Yamaha YSP-5600 soundbar
Sony XBR-77A9G 77-inch TV: MASTER Series BRAVIA OLED 4K

 

HDMI to from Ultra to Sony

HDMI eArc from Sony to Yamaha for Atmos

 

Mute button works sometimes but not always. Usually always works from power up of cold system. Sometimes will work again when switching between soundbar and TV speakers with Sony remote. Sometimes it just stops working during day. Sometimes it just working again during the day.

Roku Ultra (2019) wasn't a problem.

It is not a roku tv. It is a separate device that we use an hdmi cord to connect it to the tv
