My Roku Express (3900 series) remote control got a Disney plus button but I can't see the application on the screen or at web site. How I can do to solve it.

Where are you located? Disney+ is not available on Roku in every region.

Ok. I´m located in Venezuela. Disney plus is available here in Venezuela, in fact it´s operative in all my others platforms (PC, Smartphone, etc.). I don´t have very clear what is going on, but it sounds like some configuration issue. I´ll appreciated all your help. Thanks in advance.

It's not available in Venezuela on Roku. There's nothing you can do about it until Disney addresses the issue.
