All of the sudden, my roku remote is acting crazy, and I can only turn it off/on, and get it to go to "home", and am unable to control it to do anything else, so I am unable to give you the rest of the information that you are requesting.

Please reply here with the device ID of the Roku player associated with the affected remote. It can be found at the back or underneath the device itself. I'll be able to further assist you from there.

Do you experience the same issue stated in the titles on this thread? If so, as previously mentioned by @RokuKariza-D, please reply here with the serial number of your Roku stick. It can be found printed on the bottom or back of your Roku device. 

We'll keep an eye out for your reply.

I just started having this problem too.  The cursor was jumping around randomly, shows stopped as I watching them, and at one point text was even being entered.  Is this IR interference?

@mdp246, is there someone on your network using the Roku app on their phone to mess with you?

I thought about that so I turned off the setting that allowed my phones to be used as remotes.  Still had issues
