What depends on which Roku device you have. Not all use the same remote, and not all remotes work with all devices.
So, is it a Roku box, stick, or Roku TV? Or even an audio device (soundbar, Streambar, etc)? The model number will be important.
If you have a smart phone, you can download the Roku app and use it as a remote. Note: you still need to get a remote. Don't find out the hard way, trust me on this.
Settings > System > About
Model number and OS will be useful.
