Micro SD card Class 4 for Roku 3

My class 4 SanDisk 16G micro SD card isn't recognized by my Roku 3.  Even tried formatting card using Windows on my PC.  Never get a message to format card .. .still says "not installed".

Roku sells only 2 GB cards for a reason. Roku supports 2 GB cards. Larger cards may work. Or not. Most do, up to a point. Not all do.

Make sure you're inserting the card with the power connected to the Roku and it displaying  the Home Screen.
