The MIC function is not working  on my Roku Remote   My Roku Remote information is as follows;

Model:  3810X Roku Streaming device
Serial #:  YH00IT845765

Software Version:  10.00-Nuild 495-50

Device ID:  2139C1845765

i tried changing out the batteries but no changes.   Thank you
