I now have 2 voice remote pros that the volume does not work consistently.
I just had one replaced (5 months old) as it wouldn’t take a charge at all, and this one controls the volume for a very short time before it fails.
my estimate that they both only work for 5-10 minutes before they fail.
Are there any universal remotes that work with Roku? They should stop selling them until they correct the problem.

I have a Roku 4K Streaming Stick 3820x software 12.5.0 build 4178-CU Voice Remote Pro RC 795 Firmware rtn.4244.
I have an older Panasonic TV - I had intermittent loss of volume and mute functions on my prior remote (Voice remote) when I replaced that remote the issue was resolved. - now after about a month the issue returned. I tried EVERYTHING - resetting the streaming stick, repairing the remote, using a different HDMI port, etc., etc. - but nothing helped.
I still lose volume and mute functions intermittently. Sometimes when I plug it in to charge that helps for a few minutes, I do not know what is causing this issue - I never lose control of the power function, nothing is blocking the TV IP -.
This is very frustrating and it seems like there are a lot of people out there with this issue but no one has provided a solution that works -
Please help!!!
