I'm trying to set up my Room Express 4k+ & it won't pair with remote. I've done everything 3 to 4 times over that troubleshooting says. What is happening is when I place the batteries in the remote the green light starts flashing like it's suppose to the ring is also flashing blue light but then the pair your remote display comes up on my tv instead of it pairing. I'm literally have both devices right in front of each also!!! I'm so frustrated as I've had the streaming stick for years with no issue!

Don't simply rely on it blinking on its own, press the pairing button anyway for at least 5 seconds and release. Then don't press anything else even if the light goes out just let it communicate with roku.

I did also press the button on remote & held for 5 seconds, I did this a few times also, but still would not pair & the pair now pop up still stayed on screen.

If you are still unable to resolve the issue, can you please provide the serial number/device ID on your Roku device? I'll be able to assist you further from there.
