I lost my power stick what can I do

What do I do if I lost my power stick that plugs into the tv. I have the remote.

What exactly do you mean by "power stick"?  If you lost the actual Roku device that connects to the HDMI input on your TV then you'll need a new one.  If you lost the USB power adapter then you can use any that can supply at least 1 Amp.

Spare remotes can usually be used with replacement roku device (IR remotes can't be used with sticks).

Or sell spare remote on eBay
