I have a RC-AL9 but roku setting screen says its a RC411

I have a RC-AL9 remote which came with my Roku Ultra. I’ve had it for some time now.  Recently my shortcut buttons “1” and “2” stopped working and i get an error stating “sorry, screen navigation is not supported”.
I check the remote settings and its shows its connected to a remote mode RC411

Software is up to date.

Re: I have a RC-AL9 but roku setting screen says its a RC411

The rc-al9 is remote manufacturers model number, where the on screen number Rc411 is Roku's number for remote. Later remotes had Disney+ button replace the espn+ key, it got a different number it was rc463, but the model number in the battery compartment was the same rc-al9.

That error usually shows up when try move around the home screen by voice search, which doesn't work.

Either way the shortcut 1 and 2 buttons are not working.

I guess that's really what I want to work.  I dont use the voice option.
