Hi Danny,
The details for my Roku are below.
Model - 3810EU
Serial - YH00D2029301
Device ID - 23506D029301
Thanks,
Rob
This does not work
I have three Roku sticks and my batteries last no longer than 5 days
Considering switching to another supplier Google or Amazon if this doesn't get fixed very soon
Why can't ROKU just send s a free replacement remote. Since ROKU sells a lot on Amazon I wonder if a complaint to Amazon CS could help. Other wise we could just turn these forums into a Fire Stick recommendation, also youtube and facebook.
The three solutions that roku posted DO NOT WORK!
I have three sticks and y batteries are being drained with a week.
I tried the wall outlet as suggested and was a waste of time
Did the System restart and that also didn't work.
Seriously Considering switching to either a Amazon or Google sticks as this has taken way to much time to fix with zero customer service from Roku
Send a replacement remote for 3800RW to the address on file for serial number;
YF009D358675
Streaming Stick+ YHOOE6391861 Build 4209-50
Remote: RC339 firmware:2.01.19.108
I have a 3810X streaming stick+. The remote is consuming battery excessively. First (original) batteries lasted about 2 months. The new ones are gone less than 2 weeks. The serial no is YHOOEY611214.
Please advise what to do?

I am having the same issue. What’s the fix because this is getting expensive!
I have a solution but you won't like it. Switch back to a non-voice-enabled Roku remote without volume control. Roku sent me a replacement WITH voice and volume but I haven't even bothered trying it.
