My Roku won't respond well so I assume the batteries are dying. The problem is getting the batteries out the remote.
I looked online and every video uses a little tool. I shouldn't need to buy something to remove the batteries.
I have a model that takes AAA batteries. I can't get the batteries out for the life of me. I'm chipping my nails trying to get it out. I tried pushing the batteries down like some commenters said, but nothing works. The plastic on the batteries flicks off but the batteries won't budge
