Some TVs have actual buttons on the chassis somewhere. I don't have that brand TV, but it is quite common for TVs to have buttons on the top, bottom, side, or somewhere. Perhaps the owner's manual might offer some guidance.
By the way, it is a good idea to have an actual remote for a Roku device, even if you commonly use a mobile device. Roku TV remotes are as low as $20. Some cheap universal remotes can control Roku TV devices -- that's not the same as one that says it supports Roku; it should specify Roku TV -- and will be useful in emergencies.
