How do I activate my Roku Express when he was previously owned and I don't have the information

How can I activate my Roku express it was previously owned and I bought it from a garage sale I do not know how to reset the pin or take the old information out could someone please help

You have to do a factory reset, with it powered, there is reset pinhole on the express itself, use pen or something to depress it for over 30 seconds no matter what is showing on-screen.
