I bought a Roku voice remote in February and it just died. It’s under warranty and I’d like a replacement but I’m having trouble finding the serial number on the remote. 
Can someone help me out ?

From whom did you purchase the remote from? Did you buy the remote from a retail store or from the Roku website?

I have the exact same issue. Bought the Roku voice remote RCAL7R from Amazon.com in Feb this year. The Remote stopped working a couple of days back and the pairing LED does not blink (it used to do before) so the remote looks dead. I need the serial number to file for warranty support. How do I find the serial number? It is not there in the package box or remote anywhere. 

Also, I removed the remote from the TV to see if that helps with new pairing, so don't know how to get the serial number that way either.

Roku remotes do not have serial numbers. Call amazon, they have record of your purchase, I'm sure they'll replace it if you asked.

Put in the serial number of the roku device its paired to.
