It seems that a button on your remote stopped working. Can you share a bit more info to help me investigate this further?
- The model number of the Roku remote.
- Can you snap a picture of the remote and tell me which button you're referring to?
- When and where did you purchase this remote? Did it come with the Roku TV, or was it sold separately?
In the meantime, I suggest getting the Roku Mobile App as an alternative remote for your TV. Here's a link to download the app for free.
