Help! Stuck on remote pairing page

I am on my daughter's account and do not have their sign in information.  I have already sent the problem I am having.  I am stuck with my remote on the pairing page.

I'd recommend starting with the troubleshooting steps available in this Support article: How to resolve issues with your Roku® simple remote or Roku voice remote
