I own a Roku Ultra model 4660R I bought in 2017 and I'm all of a sudden having issues. When I plug in the headphones, the Roku sound either doesn't work, the Roku freezes, and/or resets itself. Idk why or what happened as I've used the headphone jack for years. I can't seem to find a remote replacement that has a headphone jack included. I have indeed seen many universal replacements and replacement on Roku site but non with darn headphone jack.

Yup.  Me too.  New batteries.  Re-paired remote. 

I guess full blown factory reset is in order.

Did a factory reset fix the issue?  I'm having the same problem now with my Ultra.

I re-paired the remote.  Took a few times if I remember correctly. 

i don’t think I ever did a full blown reset.  But my memory for stuff like this is awful these days.
