With a little more background information, someone may be able to make some suggestions.
- What happens that makes you want to reset your remote?
- What process do you go through to reset the remote?
- Roku has several different types of remote. You mention changing batteries, so we know it's not a Voice Remote Pro that has rechargeable batteries, but is it a Voice Remote (non-Pro), non-Voice remote for a Roku device, non-Voice remote for a Roku TV?
- What is your Roku model and model number? Settings/System/About will tell you.
