So another roku issue. Apparently I am not alone in poor quality remote issues. I had one where volume control just stopped functioning and none of the prescribed fixes worked, these 'fixes' just wasted my time and increased my frustrations with Roku products. Is this Roku wanting a revenue stream from new remote purchases or just dekivering poor quality products. I have countless remotes in my house, all work flawlessly with the exception of roku products. Come on Roku, let's have some good quality products. I will be looking at other options for my streaming needs in the meantime. I hope the Roku community unites in this cause to demand better.
