My Roku Express is frozen and continues showing different Netflix titles. I have tried pressing buttons on the remote, and I even tried changing the batteries. The small white light on the Roku flickers when I press a button, but it does not do anything. I have also tried to use the roku app’s mobile remote, but nothing happened. I also tried unplugging the Roku from my TV, but it continued showing Netflix titles. What should I do?
Unplug the power cord from the wall, not just the hdmi cable, for 30 seconds and let it reboot.

The same issue just started 2 days ago. I’ve tried unplugging everything, factory reset. Nothing is working.

No answer at customer service. Taking this worthless device back to Best Buy. Calling my credit card company to get my $60 back.

Could you tell us exactly the issue you're experiencing? Does the problem occur immediately upon opening the Roku device?

Mine started this just after version 10 upgrade. Using western theme screensaver, remote doesn't respond, and the screensaver is active but is not the western screensaver (a generic "floating roku" instead). Streaming stick+ 3810X.
