I have to re-pair my enhanced remote to the system frequently - maybe 3 times out of 5! I have fresh batteries in it. The unit is only a few months old. Can someone help? Thanks.

Could you reply here with the serial number of the Roku device associated with the affected remote? It can be found by navigating to Settings > System > About or at the back of the player itself. I'll be able to further assist you from there.
