I was trying to request an hdmi extender. The page seems to be broken, when you click continue it does not do anything. The JS console shows the following error:

I noticed there was a post long ago talking about the page not working. I'm kinda surprised that's still the case today, seems a bit shady IMO.
I don't think we should be requesting the extender via PMs. That's what the page is there for, fix it.
Edit: Page in question: Roku | HDMI® extender
I recently ordered and received one, using the page.
Is your device a Roku Streaming Stick? What's the model number? Settings > System > About

After reading a similar (but less detailed) report about two weeks ago, I went to the order page to see what would happen and ordered one without a problem. I received it in the postal mail perhaps 5 days later.
I have read here, however, that the page only works for US customers. Where are you located?
Also the offer is only good for Roku Streaming Stick models that plug directly into an HDMI port. Other models that connect via an HDMI cable are already some distance away from the TV and are not included in this offer. The system verifies you have a Roku Streaming Stick via your serial number.
In the US, product i believe applies. Even if it doesnt id expect an actual message instead of a continue button that does nothing when clicked. Don‘t worry, really. Seems shady to me but it doesnt matter, I’ll buy one. I tried on mobile, desktop with private mode (no ad blocker or anything like that). I see the errors in the dev console, clearly an issue on their end.
This is happening to me as well. SN 213164597627
mhuitt: I finally heard directly from Roku Customer Service and I was sent the extender.
The "continue" button does not do anything when trying to order the hdmi extender. Please contact me via email from support so I can order the extender. Thank you
