I have the same problem trying to order an extender from the web page.  I need an extender for serial number 5S674G186635.  Email address is [personal information].  I need the extender.  Please help.

When I ordered one recently, it worked for me. So, we need details about what you did, and what response you got along the way. Just saying "does not work" isn't informative enough for us to help. We need details.

I fill in all the boxes, but clicking continue gets me nowhere.  Not able to continue to conclusion of actually ordering the extender..

You have a Roku Streaming Stick? What's the model number (Settings > System > About)?

You entered the serial number of the Roku Streaming Stick? This is from the device itself (Settings > System > About)? Or from the Web page https://my.roku.com/ ?

When you click Continue, do you get an error message at the top? Do you get any field highlighted in red?

Roku Streaming Stick Model 3600X.  Serial number is from the streaming stick itself:  5S674G186635.  In the US.  Have 3 Roku streaming sticks and ordered extender for 1 in May from the website with no problems.  Overheating problem.  No error message when I click continue.  Also nothing highlighted in red.  Will try again to clear cookies and try again.

Still nothing happens after clearing cookies again.  So, Google is filling in all but the SN.  Will type the info. in myself.  Have no idea what else to try.

Makes no difference filling in the blanks myself instead of just letting Google fill it in.  Nice of you to try and help.  Don't know what else to do except maybe start drinking vodka.
