I purchased a Roku Streaming Stick.  Everytime I goto webpage to order a Free HDMI Extender cable, it will not go past the order page.  I hit Continue and it doesn't process.  I have tried Chrome, Edge, and Firefox with no luck.  I for some reason cannot send a message on here either.  I just want a extender cable so I can use my Roku Stick.

You're better off ordering one online for a few bucks than waiting the weeks it will take Roku to get one to you.

Or return the ROKU to the store and order a fire stick on Amazon.

Can you please provide the serial number of your Roku device from Settings>System>About? I'll be able to assist you further from there.

Have you made sure to use the number "zero" instead of the letter "O" when inputting your serial number into the form?
