Found solution to remote battery life indicator on screen

Found the solution to the constant roku remote battery life indicator. I removed the "Voice Remote Pro" (RC795) roku remote and replaced it with the "Gaming Remote" (RC39) and I no longer have the annoying battery life indicator constantly popping up on the top right corner of the TV screen.

This is not the experience we'd want you to have, and we'd like to gather more information so we can further review the issue. Kindly provide the following details below:

  • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version. (These can all be found in Settings > System > About).
  • Tracker ID when this issue occurs. (When you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID).

If the moderators and people who work at Roku are 'so sorry for the inconvenience this has caused' with the malfunctioning battery pop ups why don't you actually do something about it?

Remove it from the software so it isn't there!

Or

Create an option in the remote settings to fully disable all pop up notifications from the remote.

Been suggesting this over and over again for years and Roku ignores this simple solution.

How long is it going to take to address this?
