The find my remote function keeps going off randomly. I have the Roku Ultra 2020 hooked up to my AVR. The remote has pinged randomly 3 times now. Nothing is touching the Roku Ultra or the remote. First time it happened, I just hit the remote. Then within 10 minutes it happened again. Next I hit the find my remote button to hopefully reset it. It stopped but after a day it randomly started again. This turns on the TV and the AVR. 

It is only a few days old and I may have to return it for a refund if there is no solution.

As of this posting it is happening again! Wtf...

I have restarted the base station and re-paired the remote. Will see if this fixes the issue. Hopefully I will know within the return window on Amazon.

I am having the exact same problem with my brand new Roku Ultra remote.  I've had several Roku Ultra units with no problem.  Why is Roku so silent about this obvious issue that should be simple to fix???

It has gone off 3 times in the middle of the night. I am returning this unit. Took out the battery to the remote for now but that is hardly a resolution. I don't see why it is so hard to implement turning off this Find Remote feature. I don't need this feature. 

Other than that, it is a great product but I can't wait for a future fix for a random alarm system.

Even with the batteries out of the remote, the base station is trying to Find Remote. The TV and AVR are both on randomly. Device is unplugged and will be returning it ASAP.
