I have an Express 4K+ remote.  When I turn on the TV, the ROKU icon shows for a bit, then I get "No Signal".  I then put another Express 4K+ base and remote that I have on the same TV.  I used the existing HDMI cable and power cord from the non-functioning base.  That works perfectly.   Therefore, my problem is with my original base or remote control.  When I put my problematic base and remote control on another TV, I get the "No Signal" notice.  How do I fix this?

It wouldn't have anything to do with the remote control.  If you're using the TV's USB port to power the Express, try the supplied power adapter even if it wasn't needed for the other Express.  Beyond that, you might want to try a factory reset.
