We purchased a new replacement remote in December. It is the model with voice search, headphone jack, and programmable buttons.
We are having issues with the remote entering inputs even if we are not touching a button. It also occasionally gets stuck after pressing and releasing(like scrolling down a list without directing).

Hi @RokuDanny-R this article seems to be referring to remotes that are unresponsive at all. Our remote will work, but occasionally give inputs that we are not touching (almost like a “drift”) or the inputs for the shortcut buttons even if we are not touching them. It’s a new replacement remote, so we weren’t expecting input issues. Any other recommendations?
