I am trying to pair two remotes to different sticks. i get to pairing screen, asked to hold pairing button and nothing. I've taken out batteries, and followed explicit instructions.no pairing. is there a hidden trick? My screen just continues to show the  3 second pair your remote screen. nothing..........HELP!

Is the pairing light flashing on the remote?  If it is, while it's flashing, disconnect the power to the stick for a few seconds and plug it back in.  Hold the remote close to the stick and let the startup process finish without touching any buttons.

i have done everything. screen keeps saying pair :03. Green light flashing on stick. I've unplugged, reset, plugged in. taken out batteries, replaced in remote (although stick/remote is brand new). throughly frustrated and ready to return everything.

Thanks for the post.

For clarification, can you provide the steps you are doing to pair your remote? When the message shows up, have you removed the batteries from your remote then re-inserted them, and then press down on the pairing button for around 5 seconds to see if the remote pairs?
