My remote arrow buttons just stopped working but volume control ,home button, and power button still works.I have downloaded the Rocky remote and it does connect but will not work as well.If I hit the Netflix button it will restart or take me back to homepage. Anybody know what's going on here?

It sounds like your remote is dead or dying.  Have you tried new batteries?

It will work on volume power off but will not navigate.

Thank you but I get it resolved. I JUST RESETED the tv.Works now
