Cannot adjust sound via remote

Can not adjust sound with remote. During setup we failed to turn off the sound during that part of setup. It asked for our tv name which is A Sharp. That part failed so we skipped it for now not knowing it must be part of adjusting the sound. How do we get back to that part of setup so we can try it again?

Go into settings> remote & devices> remote> remote in use> program tv> follow prompts
