I would like to know plainly yes or no if I can use my Bluetooth headset to watch tv or do I have to use an old fashion cord headset? And if it works good or not. Thank you

No Roku streaming units that I know of directly support connection to a Bluetooth audio device.
You CAN do this indirectly if you have an Android or iOS mobile device that supports bluetooth audio connections. Install the Roku app on the device, connect the device to the same local network as the Roku player, use the app's Remote Listening capability, and connect the headset to the mobile device. I do this all the time and it works well for me.
